Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder, and all other applicable laws as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

1. Ownership & Operator Platform Identity

This website, including all digital applications, ticketing services, media walls, and localised sub-domains (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), is owned and operated exclusively by Mugafi Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Mugafi”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013. The corporate registered office is located at: “Mugafi Private Limited - 7th Floor, Good Earth Business Bay, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001, India”.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing event tickets, or using any services on this Platform (collectively the "Services"), you (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", or "User") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our official Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect from and cease using this Platform immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Declarations

By using the Platform, you represent, warrant, and declare that:

  • You have the absolute legal capacity to enter into a binding financial contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • All registration, billing, and identification details provided by you to Mugafi are true, accurate, and current.
  • Your platform account has not been previously disabled, suspended, or flagged for harmful activity or corporate policy breaches.

3. Prohibited Content and Platform Misuse

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, you are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, storing, updating, or sharing any material or User-Generated Content (UGC) that:

  • Belongs to another person and to which you do not possess explicit legal rights.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, harassing, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes money laundering or illegal gambling.
  • Infringes upon any trademark, copyright, design rights, patent, or other proprietary rights of Mugafi or any third party.
  • Deceives or misleads the platform regarding the source of messages, or knowingly communicates patently false or misleading information.
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence.
  • Deploys automated scraping scripts, data-mining bots, or database harvesting tools to extract media, statistics, or source code from this Platform without our express written consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

  • Mugafi Proprietary Assets: All software, design layouts, digital brand assets, logos, brand guidelines, audio-visual clips, media walls, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform ("Mugafi Content") are protected by global intellectual property frameworks and belong strictly to Mugafi Private Limited.
  • User-Generated Content License: If you upload text, pictures, fan media, or collaborative videos to the Platform, you retain your underlying copyright. However, you grant Mugafi an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to display, host, and distribute that media across any digital channel.
  • Waiver of Statutory Claims: You hereby explicitly and irrevocably waive any right to raise objections, legal disputes, or claims before any statutory authority, including the Copyright Board, regarding the licenses granted to Mugafi, including any rights arising under Section 30A of the (Indian) Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Financial Disclaimers & Absolute Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Provision: The Platform and all associated entertainment, ticketing, or media features are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mugafi Private Limited, its directors, global branches, or operational affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data corruption, or unauthorised third-party hacking.
  • The Financial Cap: Mugafi’s maximum aggregate liability for any legal claims, ticket disputes, or platform malfunctions shall be strictly capped at the lower of:
    1. INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Indian Rupees), or
    2. The exact amount paid by you directly to Mugafi via our official payment gateways in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Platform, these Terms, and your relationship with Mugafi are governed entirely by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, corporate dispute, or litigation arising out of or in connection with this web property shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
