European T20 Premier League 2026 Schedule: Every Fixture, Venue, Start Date and Where to Watch Live

The European T20 Premier League starts on 26 August 2026 and finishes with the final on 20 September. Thirty league matches, six franchises, two venues, and Glasgow Cosmic's first competitive match ever comes on day two.

Here's the whole thing in one place: dates, grounds, tickets, live scores and broadcasters.

Start date, end date, format

• Start date: 26 August 2026, Rotterdam Dockers vs Amsterdam Flames
• Glasgow Cosmic's opener: 27 August 2026 vs Edinburgh Castle Rockers
• Qualifier: 19 September, second place vs third place
• Final: 20 September, league leader vs the Qualifier winner

Six teams, ten league matches each, played as a double round-robin. The team that tops the table goes straight to the final. Second and third fight it out in the Qualifier for the other spot.

The two venues

Every match of the inaugural season is played in the Netherlands or Ireland. Voorburg Cricket Club, Sportpark Westvliet, The Hague hosts matches 1 to 17. It's a compact ground, which usually means a fast scoring rate and a crowd close to the boundary.

Malahide Cricket Club, Dublin hosts matches 18 to 30, plus the Qualifier and the Final. Malahide is Ireland's largest cricket venue and uses temporary grandstands to reach its match-day capacity, so the back half of the tournament is played at the bigger of the two grounds.

No ETPL match is being played in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Belfast in 2026. If you're in Scotland, season one is a travel-or-stream proposition.

Three meetings with Edinburgh Castle Rockers, including the very first match and the second-to-last league fixture. Scotland's only derby in this league gets played more often than anything else on the calendar.

Tickets

Tixr is the ETPL's official ticketing partner on a multi-year deal. Individual match tickets, season passes and group bookings are all sold through it, including double-header days where one ticket covers two matches at the same ground.

Fixtures at Voorburg and Malahide are listed separately, so a Glasgow Cosmic-only trip splits neatly into a Netherlands leg (August to 6 September) and an Ireland leg (10 to 18 September, plus playoffs).
